Numerous idyllic bathing spots guarantee fun in the sun for young and old alike. Achenkirch is a little hideaway off the beaten track. A well-tended sunbathing area with adventure playground, beachside café and boat rental offers everything to make your holiday perfect. There are 4 other public swimming areas around the splendid lake Achensee.

Excellent wind conditions at the biggest lake in Tyrol inspire sailors, surfers and kiters alike. Sail and surf schools provide fun and great water experiences.

Along the lakeside, across mountain pastures or through forests – the area around lake Achensee is a paradise for mountain bikers thanks to over 300 km of cycle tracks.

Come and spent your golf holidays at lake Achensee. The two golf courses are in perfect condition. The picturesque 9-hole golf course in Achenkirch is only a few minutes’ walk away from our house. We will happily arrange tee times for you.
